MAMONT, s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company (IČO 24292401) registered at Plaská 622/3, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any data-protection inquiry, contact privacy@mamont.eu.
Through the RFQ form on /contact we collect: company name, contact name, email, optional phone, country, optional destination, transport mode, optional volume, grades, optional incoterms, optional target start date, and your message. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. Server logs (Vercel) record IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security and debugging — these are retained 30 days then deleted.
To respond to your RFQ with a quote and lead time, to maintain a B2B contact record for the duration of our trading relationship, and to comply with our legal obligations (export documentation, sanctions screening, accounting). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate B2B interest in maintaining a customer/supplier database).
Resend (email infrastructure, EU/US — DPA in place) to send the RFQ to our team and to send you the auto-reply confirmation. Attio (CRM, EU/US — DPA in place) to record the lead in our pipeline. Vercel (hosting, EU/US — DPA in place) for technical request logs. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Active customer/supplier records: for the duration of our commercial relationship plus 7 years (statutory retention for export trade documentation in the EU). RFQs that don't result in a contract: 24 months from last contact, then deleted from Attio. Server logs: 30 days. Auto-reply emails: 30 days in Resend logs.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mamont.eu. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
We use Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, GDPR-compliant pageview and traffic-source tracking. No personal data is collected, no cross-site tracking is performed, and no consent banner is required because no personal data is processed. Data is processed by Vercel Inc. as our processor under a DPA in place.
